Pho So 1

Horrible service. Came in waited 5 min before seated. Then another 5 to get our menu. Then 5 more to order because I flagged them down. Ordered 1 pho 1 rice 1 Springroll. 20 minutes then the rice came and still no gingerale or Springroll for appy. Then rude girl comes and ask us if we had our cutlery and we said no we haven't yet, then she replies with well that's why I am asking if you want it. We then reply yeah we do need it. Kept waiting pho and spring rolls and gingerale still not here. Went up to cancel everything that hasn't came yet. Waited a while before a the waiter ask what I want. Then told them to cancel, he then walks away from me and walks to my table, the girl just walked up with my pho. So I said cancel the rest. Horrible service. Gonna go pay now wonder what's gonna happen now.

I suggest to stay away from this place. We had a terrible experience such as it always took an hour before they served our order plus the time we waited til they took our order. always missing our drinks and the staff are just rude.

I suggest Spring Vietnamese cuisine over by SE !
Better food and service had a really great time.

Food is good however won't be going here again because a lot of people got stomach aches vomiting and diarrhea ! The service is so bad. Waiting 20min to be acknowledged. Asked for water and never got it. It took us 2h to get out of here they were so slow.. got worse each time we went there with my bf. Please avoid it's gonna really make your experience so bad.

Never had Pho before and my daughter took me there just the other day. The service was terrible my daughter had to go up and order we never got spring rolls we ordered and their pho was disgusting! I will never go back there

Veggie broth was incredible. Service was kind and helpful. Small staff, decent seating, low key atmosphere. It's a nice little place.

Do not eat here. Disrespectful. And horrible service. If I could give no stars I would.

Nice beef soup and ambiance... they have mini fish pond which is fun for the kids..

It's pretty standard fair here at this location. Most times we go in there are usually open tables with lots of empty dishes here. But it gets cleaned up fairly quick. Hardly full, we go there 3x/mo and usually see no more than 15 people here but I suspect for lunch it's busier.

This is our usual place for Vietnamese. Never had a problem. Food is slightly above average for a typical Vietnamese place, but nothing too special. I do like the option to choose your size of pho as many places only offer one size . Inside is clean.
