Pick-N-Pull

Very friendly and helpful staff greeted me right as I entered and immediately got the information for the model of car I was looking for, couldn't have had a better experience there.

The front end staff were helpful, printed out a list of where to get what we wanted (3 spare tires) and we found them quickly and easily. Spent a total of 30 minutes in and out. Would have given them 5 but when we pointed out the bent rim (doesn't matter for my purpose) the manager was unwilling to negotiate other than to recommend it not be driven on. (It won't be, just needs to be able to get onto a flat bed)

Larger lot than the other location so more choices. Staff here are great too. Never had any issues here including on returned items. One thing I wish you could do is put a donor car on "hold". I was taking parts off one car and ran out of time...went back the next day only to find out it was sent to the crusher! Still a great place and sooo much cheaper than new. Being able to check inventory online is very handy also.

ALERT: Google navigation does NOT take you to the correct location for parking! You must enter drive from 40th St. Yard is larger of two Pick-N-Pull yards in Calgary. Scrap cars are rotated out regularly (fresh is good). Longer walk to yard from parking/checkout and on busy days the free carts can all be in use.

Found everything fast. Used website to identify all rows that my car was in. In and out about 20 mins. Good prices.

i asked questions about selling a junk car to the lady with black curly hair at the desk right beside the manager's office. i acted nicely but this lady was rude and even swore infront of me in a soft voice so i cant hear it with a disgusted face after i asked questions about pricing. i dont think she enjoys her job and deserves to be fired :)

Very good place to go to if you need parts for your vehicle. You can also check availability of same make and model as your vehicle online before you go, so you don't waste a trip. Cheers.

Don't go here unless you know your stuff. The vehicles for sale here come with mechanical faults. Prices are inflated beyond what the cost of repairs would take to make them roadworthy and reliable. Staff become incredibly antsy when you point these details out to them. Parts are what you see is what you get. Deals can be found here but watch your back. Rest assured that PNP is out only for themselves and not there for you.

Staff is friendly, and offer good customer service. The reason for the 3 star is that the prices are now very expensive. A few times I was able to purchase the same parts new at local auto parts stores for the same price.

Three people budged inftont of me, and front end staff would not acknowledge my pressence or serve customers in order they were waiting.

It's a good old, pick a part. It's muddy, fully of broken pieces of vehicles and it is a bit of a walk to the vehicles, but it is a good place to find used parts. Great selection of vehicles and friendly staff at the front desk.

Good selection but service sucks. It's a bunch of Filipino ladies speaking their language and look completely lost so wait times at the til are very long.

Couldn't find what we are looking for so we said we were going to another location and asked for a stamp. They said the stamps are store specific and if they didn't ask for a tool kit number then we would have to pay again. I know it is cheap but it is the principle. It is their job to ask, we shouldn't have to remember to tell them.
