Website is totally useless

As I walked in i wasn't greeted which is understandable in such a big store. I went and stood as the til where there were 3 associated all in there late 30's-40's and not one helped me out or even spoke to me. Very unfriendly and not helpful at all. They just like to stand in place or pretend you don't exist. I will be taking it up the manager today as I was very unpleased and no one should have to go through the same. Sadly i have to give a star to post if i didn't i they wouldn't be getting any at all. At least for this location.

You can find here pillows, throws,unique little pieces of furniture, mugs , tablecloths, you name it. Little bit pricey.

I was shopping for a gift for my mom for mother's' day this past friday and took a look around this store. I think they have some pretty serious issues with the layout of the store and the "lay s*** everywhere" approach to merchandising.
Here were my top three issues.
1. make sure all the aisles could pass a stroller and wheelchair. there was stuff all over the floor that made it hard to move around.
2. Train you staff to say hi and ask everyone if they need help even if they don't look like your target customer. I shopped for 30 minutes and nobody said a word to me. you could blame the staff member that was their that day but I think it more effective to level this criticism at the manager of the store which I will.
3. Less is more, I realize the store's history is in the flower child hippies in california and there is a certain "aesthetic" to what you are trying to do here. That being said, there is way too much merch here, you could use the store as a showroom for some of the cooler stuff and sell most of it online with in store pick-up.
