I love this store but a bit dissappointed by the customer service I received the other day from a floor manager. I received a flyer in the mail and went that day to buy 2 of the couches advertised.
I was told they didn't have any, nor could I order one, she also said if I didn't commit to buying them once they did become available in maybe 3 months that she would not bring them into her store. I said I would prefer to see them and she said no. She also told me that I wold not get the sale price. Then she dismissed me onto another rep and said the would take my name and number for s SKU watch. No idea what that is. I was shocked and disappointed.

This place has nice things but they are pricey. Wait for a sale or coupon.

I go here on occasion. The atmosphere is welcoming and it's fun to look at all the stuff they have.

Lots of staff in the store, but only one cashier. Manager at cash to solve another problem, but does not offer to cash, and walks away. This is not the first time at this location. It should not take longer to ring in your purchases than it does to select them. If you do not value me as a customer, there are other places to buy things

We went to this store to buy a chair, after 45 minutes with the help of a really nice sales associate we chose what we want. Actually it was the sales associate recomandation. She said we can shop around and she will put our order in. She came back and she said we don't carry this model here right now and the only one that we have is the one on the floor and she suggested to check with her manager if she can give us a discount on the"so-called" floor model. But when the really rude manager came she gave us a feeling like we wanted to steal money from them by getting a discount on the floor model. She was super rude to my husband. She said she won't give us a discount on the floor model because it is not damaged. My husband showed her another floor model chair and said this one is not damaged but it is half the original price. And at that point she said" I know where you are goinig with that question but I'm not going to give you any discount "and she left without saying any other word. This happened on Sunday Jan 8th around 1:30pm. There is no costumer satisfaction in this behaviour, in accusing the costumer like this. We wanted to buy the chair in it's full price at the first point but she acted like we want to play a trick on them. This was really rude, I will never ever buy from this store or any other pier 1 stores. Done with this brand.
