I know how difficult it can be to find suitable boarding for Guinea Pigs this along with my love for these little critters prompted me to create "Piggily Winks Guinea Pig Boarding". At Piggily Winks all Guinea Pigs boarding with us are treated like family. Currently I take no more then two cages this ensures that all piggies get one on one attention. I have extensive experience with Guinea Pigs both sick and health, however I do not board sick piggies simply because its too stressful for a sick pig to be moved from their environment. Should you have a sick piggy I can refer you to Dr. Eva at DeWinton Pet Hospital she has extensive knowledge in the areas of small animals and exotics. A couple of items not permitted at Piggily Winks: any type of wood chips these are harmful to Guinea Pigs digestive system, we do except newspaper topped with hay as bedding or blankets, we do not except cages that use grating as a floor this is harmful to their feet. Piggily Winks is not just boarding, the mission is to provide Guinea Pig owners with the education necessary to keep their pet healthy and happy.
