If you have an appointment you are stuck waiting at least 30min to an hour even if there is no one in the waiting room. If you don't have an appointment you are stuck waiting 2- 4 hours even if you are the only person there. If you have all the time in the world and have no plans for the day then feel free to go there and wait.

Dr. Kers is very efficient and kind. This location is most always busy but they have a good system set up for appointments and walk ins. Have been going here for years.my advice would be to call ahead. The receptionists will be more than happy to give you details about the status of the waiting room and scheduled appointments.

They do not have the smartest people working here. My boyfriend made an appointment for a meet and great for a new family doctor. We were told it would be on a Friday at 5pm and that they would call him 24 hour before to confirm. That Friday afternoon we called them because they had not confirmed the appointment yet. They told us that his appointment was the Tuesday prior and they had counted as a no show and he would be charged. They also told us they left a message on his voice mail that Tuesday morning and evening. We check his call history and he had received nothing. He also does not have his voicemail set up so their was no way possible they could have left two messages. We called our phone provider who sent us a record of all incoming calls that week. Not once did he receive any calls form them or unknown calls. We explained this to the girl and she was so rude and argued that we had a no show fee. These guys are ridiculous and clueless.

Worst ever service in walkins

I'm sure the doctors are fine, but they need to remove their walk in sign! My family and I have gone there a few times and have been turned away because they weren't taking walk ins. Which is fine, but they do not have any signage indicating such. One time I had to carry my VERY sick 5 year old daughter in only to discover they refused to see her. Back to the vehicle to get her strapped in all the while she's crying and ill. My husband went for a badly sprained ankle, and again he limps in while in extreme pain to only find out that walk ins are not welcome. PUT UP a sign that says CLOSED to walk ins! There seems to be no set time for when they decide this- just whenever it works for them I suppose! It is extremely frustrating!
