Deb started in the Oil Industry in 1974 as an accounts receivable clerk. After working just over two years Deb transition her career into Land. Deb worked as an Independent consultant on many projects. In 1986 Pinnacle Consulting Services Inc. was formed as there was a need to be able to source qualified staff for Land Departments. Deb brought many years of Land Experience to the company having worked in every aspect of a Land Department including Secretarial, Contract Administration, Mineral Administration, Joint Venture, Acquisition, Divestment and Surface Administration as well as system testing a new Land System for a major IT Company. Deb received the CAPLA Award of Champion in 2010. Deb has volunteer for most of her career with such groups as Junior Achievers, Olds College, currently The Calgary Military Family Resource Centre and on Board for Scouts Canada to have been on the following CAPLA committees - currently volunteering for SSEC (Surface Stakeholder Engagement Committee), Awards Committee and Mentor Committee. In the past Deb has volunteered as a Communication Director, worked a Booth for Prospect Exchange, Golf and CAPLA Convention. Volunteer for CAPL Prospects Exchange and CSEG /CAPL Prospect Exchange Volunteer Coordinator. Past Volunteer for Western Divestments Booth in Houston and was a Communication team member "Prospects and Properties". Deb continuously works and helps with all levels of people from out of school to seniors on their career goals.
