We love Pisces! When we need to make a trip there we always bring our dogs and as soon as we get near the store my big dog starts whining. He know where we are going. As soon as we enter the store Angus has to go see the bunnies. When we are at the cashier he gets up on his hind feet because he knows he will get a treat. I find the service excellent and recommend this store to lots of friends.

Today was not my first visit to your store but it was my first time meeting Jordan. Jordan helped me in the fish area. I came to get some fish for my mom as a surprise to add in to her tank. To my surprise I meet Jordan and he was absolutely amazing!! He is such a delightful and polite young man. He is extremely knowledgeable and his passion for animals shines through. As someone with a long history as a retail manager, I wanted to recognize the outstanding customer service I received. Thank you Jordan! I will be looking for you to help me again on my next visit �

Pisces has a sales associate named Tracy that works the pet food area. This lady has a bubbly personality, amazing sense of humour and patience to burn. I appreciate her thoughtfulness and quick to help nature. She makes you know that you will be back to Pisces real soon. Thank you Tracy ��

I went in to Pisces looking to start a saltwater tank. Though I had done hours of research about it, I was still unsure about everything. Max spent well over an hour with us teaching us everything we needed to know to start a successful reef tank. He helped us pick the right products for our needs and explained everything in detail so we would know exactly what we were doing. Max did such a phenomenal job helping us and he made the experience so wonderful and educational! He was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with! Pisces is the only place we will go for all our pet needs! Thanks Max! (And Pisces!)

I love this store amazing customer service there have lots of section fresh water fish like my goldfish and my red jewel cichlids the baby of my red jewel cichlids are getting big the parents of my fish are no longer with me and I am looking for new fish tank like 40 or 55 gallon tank for my Red jewel cichlids

I love the aquatic area. The staff always has such great advice on what fish best suit your tank and have such great information and tips! I always leave happy!

Great store with great employees, the girl Sharon that works there really helped me out with finding the products i needed for my terrarium and answering all the questions i had, one of the most kind and helpful employees i’ve ever met there, it’s great to go to a pet store that has knowledgeable employees that know what they are talking about.

Great place for all your animal needs. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Large selection of good quality products for dogs and parrots (and all the other animals I'm sure). All the small animals they sell are in very clean, well furnished enclosures. No complaints about anything I've seen there.

Amazing customer service! I've never really gone in there to shop before but was told they had a great selection for smaller dogs and they do! Every section I went in there was someone there to greet me and offer assistance. My puppy loved the attention they gave him! It was pouring rain when I was about to leave and they offered to walk me with an umbrella so Arlo wouldn't get sick. He loves the bone they recommended for him as well! I will be back for sure!

A great day to get pet food. For Chinese New Year, the Dragons 🐉 danced through the aisles and gave a great show dancing together. Musical instruments played throughout the Dragons 🐉 dancing and Marital Art show.

Never had an issue shopping there, the staff were always knowledgable and friendly. The parking is horrible and needs serious revamping and repair especially by the manhole on the west side.

Been shopping at Pisces for a few years now and have never had a bad experience. All the aquatics staff that I've dealt with have been helpful and patient with all my newbie questions. Norm, Amanda, Ashley and the gang have been of great help in setting up my cherry shrimp tank and all their advice has finally started paying off. My shrimp are doing great and have finally started breeding! Thanks to all of you.

Came in today after putting an item (a 10g 20" x 10" LED aquarium hood) on hold on Thursday when the shipment came in. I had spoken to a young woman in the fish section about the hold. Then I find out today that it had either not been put on hold, or had been and then had been sold. I've been waiting over a week for this item to come in and calling every few days just in case the shipment came early. I was then offered either to special order it, or an alternate and more expensive version (just the light, no hood). It's not an uncommon item, and I don't want to risk ordering it and waiting just to have it sold to someone else after this experience.



I regularly shop here, and have had nothing but good experiences usually. But this was certainly frustrating because I've made sure to do my part in calling and putting the item on hold, and your store did not hold up their end on that. These hoods have been out of stock all over the place and I'm not thrilled to have to wait another week or two to get this.



However; kudos to the two guys who tried to help me out (I forget their names, one had blue hair and the other was blonde with a beard. They were very friendly. But they didn't understand either why an item that was put on hold wasn't there.

I went to get my Santa photo with my dog which was cute n fun and everyone was friendly that day I brought a big bag of food for the food bank to get a free photo I also paid for another photo and I was told I get to pick them up on the 15th so I did but however my photo wasn’t there on the 15th the cashier was trying to help she was friendly n super polite but the manger was beyond rude he wouldnt give me answers when I can get it or where it is. when I called the next day to see if it was finally there I had the rudest person on the phone that wouldn’t even give me an answer just call back Monday rudely. Good job guys

I purchased a lizard two weeks ago and within a few days discovered that she was riddled with harmful parasites, essentially I was sold a reptile that was going to die had I not taken her to the vet (a nice 400 dollar surprise). I was guaranteed she was in perfect health, which was obviously a blatant lie.



On top of that the terrarium she was housed in was completely wrong for her breed, it was a small enclosure with another mountain horned dragon (they are solitary) with no height to it at all (they are aborial and do not like being on the ground) There were also wounds on all of her limbs, and obvious sign of ill treatment. She was also malnourished and doing all around bad.



I am left with the feeling that you don't care about the animals well being at all but profit as can be proven by the dreadful conditions your animals are kept in and the fact that I was encouraged to buy so many unnecessary things.

I cannot recommend Pisces if you are looking for fish. They seem to have a "don't ask, don't tell" policy when it comes to diseases that come from their store. I've lost six fish in a month, with four more fish this week, which I wouldn't have bought as replacements in the first place if I'd known what was wrong, all because of an illness picked up from Pisces that all of the employees seemed to be either untrained about or deliberately did not mention. I've been in for more than half a dozen water tests, asking for advice, at a total loss. Only hours upon hours with Dr Google finally got me on the right track. Once I've finally got this issue resolved, I won't be buying fish from Pisces again. I'm left with the impression that making a sale is far more important there than the health of the animal, or the overall experience of the customer.
