Who says you have to jump, grunt, strain, and punish your body to get amazing results from your workout? Not with PiYo…PiYo combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility advantages of yoga. When I first started I could only do about 25% of the moves, but with consistency and some positive encouragement from Jessica, I can now do (almost) all the moves and have seen some dramatic improvements in my strength and balance.

My sister is the bomb! And this class is also bomb!!

Jessica is engaging and very encouraging in the class. The workout is effective in combating bat wings, muffin top, jiggly butt etc. resulting in leaner and toned body 😎

I love going to Piyo! Jess is a fantastic instructor! Its so welcoming and all co-Piyoers are wonderful to work-out with! Not only is it great excersise, its also an hour out of my day that's just for me. You work hard, but you have fun doing it! And it embodies so many different things, such a great combination. I had never done yoga but I love how those moves are mixed in with strengthing and core! It makes me happy and Im noticing results! And the music is great too....most of the time, hey Jess? Lol ��
