Pizza 73

Very bad customer service. Need a proper management for the employees. I placed my order over the phone and I went to the store after 40 mins as they said. But when I was in the store they said the employee forgot to punch my order in there system. I had to wait another hour to get my order.
Managers please consider the initiative of customer satisfaction and Time management.

This store always gets my order wrong every time. I just ordered a pepperoni and bacon pizza and they sent me at pepperoni and sausage. When I called to complain they said it was new kind of bacon that looked like sausage crumble!

The staff was rude when we ordered our pizza and gave his negative opinion on our choice. They didn't reach, even though we live less then 5 minutes away from them. When we called them back to ask, the employee rudely told us that it was on the way. When we told them it had been over an hour, he said it was no use telling them that as we would not get it for free. He repeated that several times trying to make his point. It was the worst experience while ordering a pizza. We are never ordering a pizza with 73 again and don't recommend this to anyone looking for a decent pizza place. 😡😡😡😡😡😡

Ordered one medium pizza deal all for 12.99. Went to pick up the pizza and was told it's 19.99 since I picked the different pizza sauce. Showed her the ad that said that the particular pizza I ordered was also a part of the deal but she couldn't change anything since that's how it was ordered. Had to give up since it was 2 am in the morning. Will never return or only order online. Beware.

Incompetent service and food staff.. mess up orders every time I order from them...hardly any toppings seven when you ask and pay for extra.. crust is pretty much burnt or close to it. And when you complain you may be offered a discount on future orders but they have yet to honor any. I go anywhere but here really really crappy pizza.

I remember when they first opened their pizza used to be top quality. Loads of cheese and just tasted amazing. Now that they have enough customers and their shop is busy, their pizza quality has gone to shit. They'll hire new comers straight from India who have no clue about pizza making and hygiene. They are also trying to save money by putting barely enough toppings. Do not go here unless you need drunk food, for which even McDonald's is better.

Excellent pizza and customer service. I love stopping in here for lunch on busy work days.

I walked in and placed order for a thin crust pizza and asked 3 times to confirm that my request for thin crust pizza was heard. I was assured and I paid for the order. I went to nearby store and returned to pick up pizza and drove home. When I opened the box I saw a thick crust. I called the number on the receipt and was told that pizza 73 does not offer thin crust pizza. They don't refund money even if you return the pizza, but offer $5.00 to be used at the next order. If you do not offer what I eat, then what good is $5.00 credit on my phone number account? The only option is you have to send an email to ask for refund. If I would have been told that they do not sell thin crust, I would have ordered from another franchise.
