I really found your website was not user friendly. Most pizza places you can just make your own pizza or select each pizza separately. This site you did not have either option. A bit difficult to navigate.

Great food fresh and hot thanks. Lady was nice in the store front picking up.

Staff not supporting. Owner miss behaving with customer. Not a good customer service.

Extremely terrible service. The manager stood at the front one his cell phone watching videos with high volume with profanity. Then didn't even awknowledge us while we waited but continued to stare at my wife. Worst experience ever. Didn't even eat the pizza because I was so grossed out with how this manager was and couldn't even tuck his shirt in like the rest of the staff. Gross.

Just had the absolute worst experience here ever. So much so I'll be leaving my first google review in my 22 year life.

I called their 7373 number and had to fight my way through the system (which isn't so bad, but it took me nearly 5 minutes on the phone to get through to a person). She was very friendly on the phone but could not make the system work, again, not the end of the world, but I was almost there at this point, (less than 2 minutes away). I asked if I could just stop by and deal with the order in person, she said "yes come in" and I said "great I'll be there in under two minutes". Parked, went inside and waited. I could hear activity in the back, so I said hello. No reply. Waited several more minutes before trying again. Nothing.

They were expecting me. I was within the time frame I gave them. And had spoken on the phone LESS than two minutes prior.

Very disappointed. Will not be returning.

Friendly staff and excellent service very good pizza

Horrible. MIssed half of our order and offered a $10 credit only. Customer service is not helpful.

worst pizzza you will ever eat, so disgusting,, i just threw away 2 large pizzas straight to garbage, the dough was so unfresh, it was elastic like, no taste ..dont even think about a flavour, and it smelt burnt,, other than the fact that he used the cashier and never washed his hands after, so unpleased... I feel bad giving one start but otherwise it wont let me post this... NASTY

I know it's cliche but I wish I could give 0 stars.

The Bad:
- Website crashed when trying to order online
- Order showed up late and was nearly cold
- Delivery driver was inconsiderate and smelled of body odor
- Gluten free pizza was boxed with breaded wings after I explicitly gave instructions to have it handled and boxed separate as my mother is Celiac and severely allergic to wheat.
- Called ans spent over 20 minutes with customer support and the best they could do was offer a $10 store credit, (like I'd ever want to order there again) which doesn't even cover the cost of the gluten free pizza. Plus it's a store credit and I'm out an entire pizza, but no refund. I spoke to the highest level they would put me through to with customer support and said nothing else could be done but the $10 credit.

The Good:
- I'll never deal with this company again.
