Pizza 73

Really don't understand how hard it is to make sure that items that are stored in the REFRIGERATOR or COOLER at the store get put on top of HOT Ribs and Wedgies, I would think that is the dips should be packed with the COLD pop considering the dip packaging itself states "KEEP REFRIGERATED" (How much bacteria is now in this food that we don't know about... these dips in question contain egg yolks... would you place egg yolks on something hot and expect someone to cook with them? if not why should we be expected to ingest them?) Also when your online menu is so particular on that we get "1 Ketchup" we should at least get that as it is something that was paid for and now not received. on top of this when food makes it to your door barely warm because it has taken exactly 1 hour to deliver it makes the entire experience disappointing. We had ordered from you out of convenience but if I can get HOT food that is actually HOT and the sides that should be cold still cold I will gladly walk or drive the three blocks to one of your competitors, going to the competitor would save me money on a delivery charge and I would have my food in 15 mins. Why should we be paying for a delivery charge is we are going to wait forever? I could have picked it up from your store and been home in less the time and even saved money as gas would not have cost anywhere near that much to go get it.

Terrible! Ordered large wedgies for delivery, an hour later got what looked like a cheese pizza. Whenever I have ordered wedgies in the past they always come within 15-30 mins, knowing that I called 15 mins after placing my order online and wanted to see if I could add a pizza they told me the driver was already on his way. 45 mins later I see my order, cold and looking like a cheese pizza. These guys have no idea what they are doing!

Every single time I have ordered from this location, something is wrong. From rock hard onion rings, gravy-less poutine, forgetting pepperoni on a pepperoni pizza and hour and a half delivery times when I live 6 minutes away. Ridiculous.

This was, start to finish, one of the worst pizza experiences I've ever had.

I placed an order for pickup. When I arrived, no one even acknowledged I was there for three or four minutes. My order was sitting on top of the oven, waiting there.

When I got home, the pizza was poorly cut (one slice was barely an inch wide). One of my wife's slices had almost no sauce on it. The quantity of fries included was pathetically small. And the kicker, our salt and pepper wings had ZERO seasoning on them.

I will never be ordering from this location again, and will be contacting Pizza 73 corporate to complain. This was a completely pathetic attempt at making food.

Pizza and wings were okay. The web site wasn't working so I phoned in an order. Pizza 73 uses a call center. When I went to pick up something in the order wasn't available. They cooked a substitution but I had to wait. It would have been better to get a phone call ahead of time and avoid the wait.

This was the second time the order was wrong. Called to complain. They said that they would not refund. I did not want to wait another 45 minutes for a second pizza. I was told to email online so I did. They refused to help apparently it's at the restaurants discretion.

I would not have made a big deal but I ordered a Hawaiian with feta and banana peppers and a tandoori chicken pizza. I received a pizza with feta and banana peppers and a tandoori pizza with pineapple. Both were inedible.

I was super disappointed.
