Pizza 73

I went in for a refund and the lady happened to be the most rude human being ever. She simply refused to listen to me and started muttering things to other colleagues in her native language (too bad for her I could totally understand every word she said). After she was done telling me that I dont understand how things work and calling me names she issued the refund.

I ordered donair pizza, which I usually order. When I took a bite, it has tomato sauce not donair sauce. So I called customer service and I was advice that I need to go back to the store and bring the pizza given. When I went there the lady who accomodated me raised her voice and told me she asked me if I want donair sauce and I answered no. I told her that she asked me if I want extra sauce that is why I said no. It never happened that I was asked if I want donair sauce. She was even mad that I was "on" my phone when I was ordering. As far as I can remember, my phone was in my purse. I brought it out when I was already waiting. I sit down and calmed myself while waiting for my replacement pizza. When she brought it out I still said thank you. She turned around and said on a mad and load voice that no one should use cellphone when ordering. I had enough of her! I shouted that she is not supposed to raise voice at customers. Very bad experince.

Food is usually good but the customer service is lacking..

As someone who works nights, I always order later during the night. My pizza is always made to perfection, and I've never once encountered an error with this location. The wings are decent too, which was a surprise to me!

Bad customer handling. I had a question with my bill and she ignores what I'm saying and keep read the screen to tell me the price. So bad.

Was in store, great service friendly staff and the best part EVERYTHING WAS FRESH AND SO MANY TOPPINGS THANK YOU PIZZA 73! Will be back for sure! So hard to find a great location who actually gives you more than 4 pieces of pineapple on your small pizza.

not sure why this place has bad ratings...we ordered for 2 months now, 5 different occasions and it came picture perfect. May be its under a new management now considering all reviews are old but we love it. Toppings are in decent quantity, well cooked and fast service.
