Worse pizza and costumer service that I ever seen

Worst experience with pizza hut!! They forgot our dipping sauce and rang the doorbell which we had asked them not to as we have a newborn sleeping. When we called the lady said oh that's too bad I'll tell my manager, then hung up! Horrible customer service!

Seems like a simple concept to make pizza, deliver it, and have happy customers, however if you're this Pizza Hut it's a little more challenging. It took over an hour and a half for our food to get here, so as one can imagine once it arrived it was already cold.. possibly due to the fact it was drastically undercooked, or management at this "restaraunt" sucks, who knows. The dough was not even halfway cooked, which made the pizza inedible although that wasn't such a bad thing since they were the wrong pizzas. Add to that neither had sauce on them, you basically get to make the pizza yourself at home. Fun!

Fast service, quality of the pizza was great. They have some nice deals.

Pizza taste is not consistent at this location . It varies a lot from order to order. Possibly depends on who prepared.

This is the second time in a row.... the first order they messed up completely... when ordered veg pizza.. got chicken... had to call the next day since no one picked up the phone.... got the manager who replaced the entire....with credit.... today went and got a new order but again messed up completely again...ordered a large half and half with chili flakes for cook and got half cooked pizza with absolutely no flakes.... tried to call them and as usual NO ANSWER..... could someone please advise what should be done....???????
