Pizza Hut

Never on time! Our pizza last week was over 2 hours late. We were promised a $20 discount on our next order. Turns out we can only get the discount if we called in. We did! No one picks up the phone. Never ordering from here again.

After calling 6 times they finally picked up only to hang up on me. What a joke.

Never ever I will come back to this place. I ordered 22 boneless wings, I got 20. All the wing pieces were very very small, dry and they put a very little honey garlic sauce in the pan. Not enough to cover all the pieces. I ordered a large pizza supreme, they gave me something between medium and large with toppings as for a small one. Way overpriced for the quality and volume. At home I've seen on the bill they added the tip. They didn't say anything about this and for sure for their services I would not pay the tip.

Horrible customer service.
Order 21 wings in total only gave 7.
Asked for money back he kept saying no. Then decided to give us the chicken we paid for. Price told over phone was $50, we called back and he apparently said it was 38.
STUPID CUSTOMER SERVICE NEVER ORDERING HERE AGAIN.

It's pizza hut. This place does not answer the phone. We called many times to no answer. So we ordered online. When we got there I asked about it. The guy working said he doesn't answer the phone around 9 pm and after. Not good service. Only ever come here for $5 deal. Pizza way to overpriced.

I went early to pick up my order and it was sitting on the counter. The chicken pieces were cold and I even asked them how long it was sitting there and if it would be cold and was told no. Then there was the pizza, I ordered with chicken and ham on it and there was maybe 5 peices on the whole pizza! I called customer service to complain and they said that they would have the store manager call me to resolve this and no one ever did. Worst experience I have had in a long time.

Don't spend money here. I have used them several times over the years and they never fail to dissapoint! You get bad cuts so you have two huge slices and six tiny ones. One time there were moldy toppings, and they can never get the wings right. Even if you stand there and order in person they will screw them up.Go across the street to the small family restaraunt. Those people actually care. This pizza hut should have there franchise revoked. SLOPPY SLOPPY WORK!!!!!

First and last time ordering from here (see photos). Driver was late and pizza is burnt. Unbelievable.
