Pizza Hut

I order online and my food is always ready by the projected pick up time. I’ve never waited more than 5 minutes from walking in the door to paying and leaving with food in hand.

Horrible service. Ordered 4 pizzas for pickup, but when I arrived they hadn't made any because they were out of 1 topping for 1 pizza. Months later, tried again. This time waited 30 minutes before leaving in case they needed to contact me about a problem. Same thing -- hadn't made any pizzas because they were out of 1 topping for 1 pizza. Tried twice to complain on Pizza Hut's website. No response. They just don't care.

I love the food and the people serving are very polite and respectful

Ordered online, got my pizza in a respectable time. And it was a damn good pizza! If they can keep up that kind of quality I'd order again any day.

It has been 20 years since I have had pizza hut and when I was a kid, it was a nice little restaurant with the good old ice cream buffet for dessert. The pizza wasn't bad either. Now, it's just a hole in the wall where you get take out or delivery from. Overall, the pizza just didn't taste good
1.) Barely any sauce
2.) Barely any cheese
3.) The meat looked like the same formed piece
4.) Stuffed crust was like chewing on a shoe string

There were some pros. The boneless chicken wings were pretty tasty and this specific pizza hut has great staff.
If you're looking for a cheap and easy way to feed a birthday party, this is the spot. If you're looking for a great pizza, look elsewhere

Terrible experience with customer service Was on the phone for over an hour trying to get credit from my account because they messed up LAST time I ordered. Looks a lot like pizza hut makes it extremely difficult to obtain your credit once it has been given to you.
