The best experience I've had buying a car. Chris and Hal made the purchase of a first car for my daughters birthday simple. They even went above and beyond to decorate the car with a bow, when we went to pick it up. Plus they answered all our questions. A big thank you to Chris and Hal for making this experience great.

Loved my sales person Alex, he was fantastic.
Everything was great until both my mom & I were BLIND SIGHTED with a service. "Free oil changes" don't fool yourself, they will ensure they make their money off your inspection the second visit you come!!
Service department at this dealership is not only not organized, but unprofessional. They don't know how to keep their clients. Go else where if you're looking for professionalism, organized & a quality dealership to service your vehicle!

I had recently purchased a vehicle from Marvin Linares, one of the used salesman at the dealership. Marvin made it a very smooth transaction, making sure I got in to the right vehicle for me. I was also checked up on by Andrew, one of the managers I believe, who also had a welcoming attitude. They made sure I didn't just feel like a customer, but treated me more so as friend. Once I had found the car I wanted, I was helped by Mike, the finance guy, who made sure I had payments that I could easily afford and also got me a sick deal for insurance. I love my 2015 Lancer and would definitely recommend the service of these guys to anyone!

My experience at Platinum was nothing but positive. I came in looking for my dream car, and walked out shortly after purchasing. Working with Alex to make that happen was like working with family. The best parts counter service experiences​ I've ever had.

As a mechanic I visit many parts counters and Platinum Mitsubishi has had the best service I could ever ask for. I was needing to replace a reverse gear in a transmission on a cheap old car I was intending in buying for myself and originally called Courtesy Mitsubishi and was put on hold for an eternity after asking for the parts counter. So I called Platinum and immediately got transferred to a parts tech that quickly gave me pricing and wait times for ordering a new gear. Knowing the cost I moved forward and bought the car.

I then went to Courtesy as I live in the far south and waited at the parts counter until after 2 minutes the 3 parts techs took a break in there conversation to realise that I existed and requested service, I was told that the gear would be over 100$ more then what I originally was told. When telling them I had been quoted less when on the phone they said essentially told me to pay up or take a hike.

I then got on the phone with platinum and told them the situation, Adrian quickly realized that they had told me the price for the reverse idler gear instead of the reverse gear itself. But he immediately offered to make it right by selling me the reverse gear at the price of the idler gear. I have over 2 years in customer service experience and this was a prime example of top quality customer service of realising when you have done wrong but doing everything possible to make it right.

They have always done right and I have been back twice and am greeted with the same amazing attitude, I will never again set foot in the doors of their competition knowing that such a good experience is only an extra 10 minute drive away.
