I love this location! First time dropping stuff off and they took more the half my clothes. The staff were super friendly and helpful explaining why they didn’t take certain items and to bring them back after a quick wash to rid the wrinkles etc. My experiences at the NE location has always been awful so I’ll take the drive coming to the NW just because it’s so much better! This is such a great way to get rid of clothes, shoes and hand bags that will never sell online for a few extra bucks, typically not close to what you paid but better then giving them away for free! Super nice location as well and had a huge selection of some awesome stuff.

Even though it was crazy busy on opening day, I still found some great pieces with my friends! I had so much fun that I had to come back the following day by myself. I’m completely addicted. Never ever shopping at a mall again ����

I like the idea of this store and that prices are more reasonable FOR shoppers. But it’s not worth it to sell your items. This is the first time I tried to sell items to a store. They offer you very low $ for items even brand new with tags. I did not sell much. Also the store isn’t open to buy yet. Bad idea on the company’s part turning away tons of customers who would have probably bought items!
