Im completely impressed. Went to the store to return a $45 pair of skates WITHOUT a recipt (lost it), and they spent 30 mins looking for the transaction in their computer database while i was trying on new skates, found it, i ended up paying only $30 for $80 skates, then what really surprised me is they threw in a $13 green biscuit and $13 skating socks FOR FREE!!?!? (Told the guy im broke which is true). Im guessing they just wern't selling as it was summer time but they could've easily charged me as i asked for these things. Instead, they just threw it in out of kindness? And i paid 30 for it all. Never before has a buisness like this given me a free product. Thank you for AMAZING SERVICE (highly recommended)!!!

Can't say how many times I've droppped in looking for certain things, for such a small shop, they sure pack the inventory in there. I'm always surprised when they have exactly what I'm looking for, from kids hockey and snow helmets, to skis and boots and baseball gear
( in the right sizes) . Aside from what I find, I'm always amazed at the pricing. Their name "play it again" is misleading to most, that think it's all used gear and equipment when most of the store is all new!!! Sometimes it's hard to get assistance because they are so busy but I'm ok with that, they make up for it with selection and price and cover ever sport known to man. !!!

Always great service and prices! Zach has been super finding the right hockey sticks for me. Very knowledgable about weight, flex, players and pricing! I'll be back for golf season!

Tons of great gear but terrible service. All of the adult ski boots are kept on the shelves requiring ladders. Asked someone for assistance, they measured my foot at 25.5, looks a couple pairs of boots and decided there was nothing in my size. Went to Second Chance Sports the next day and bought 26.5 boots. Maybe if they'd taken even one pair down to try on they would have had the sale.
