Looks small from the outside but they have a pretty large selection of items. Easy to navigate the store and staff are friendly and helpful.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff plus a great selection of products for any type of hobbyist.

Good selection of hobby craft supplies. Main focus is on RC and thier accessories. Imported models are a bit expensive but supplies and American kits are a good price.

Very fun place to spend some time puttering and looking at ideas for projects and exploration with the kids. Amazing collection of parts for train collectors, anything that flies and anything with wheels that you can build. Staff are always willing to help explain the ins and outs of different products and provide insight into the best solution to a problem.

Very satisfied with the service I received. I recently purchased hobbyzone Super Cub S from this location. The staff were very quick to help me out with any questions I had.

Staff is helpful but diecasts are pricey - hotwheels are $2.50, which will buy two at walmart. Selection is so-so. However, some Greenlights are priced better than those at ATC...

Thank you.
UPDATE: turns out the staff really don't care for your experience. They are only interested in making sales. Asked the one guy weather my transmitter would pair with the receiver he was trying to sell me. "absolutely no problem 100% it will work" never worked! (I thought people were paid to understand that dsm2 and dsmx technology don't interact) Save yourself the time and the money and the driving around and educate yourself on YouTube before asking some minimum wage Punk who's indifferent to your success.

You want to build an airplane from the ground up erase car from the ground up it's all here I love this place

Very nice hobby store, lots of selection. Good prices. Helpful staff.

For model trains, don't even bother with this store, outrageous prices and very poor selection. $40-$50 for crappy Bachman rolling stock!? Are you serious?!
Yeah, there is obviously only one model train store with great selection and great prices in the city! I'm not affiliated with any hobby stores, except by who I decide to spend my money with.

Ordered a diecast in early Jan for a friend's birthday on April 16th, I was told 2-3week wait which was great considering I had 3 months to get it. I made two phone calls getting the promise it should be coming in. Now my friends bday is on this coming sun and still no diecast three and a half months later.
I would rather support local business than order online even though it costs a bit more.
I could not wait any longer and I had to end up ordering it online at Nice Diecast Collection from back east and had it in 2 days, even with shipping it was cheaper.
Don't bother using there email form on the website for product inquiries, they never respond.

Called Ahead looking for a specific product and was told it was in stock only to arrive on location after 20 mins of driving to be told they do not in fact have it, very disapointing. Staff were very polite and friendly though.

User

They have made some big changes to the layout. More variety and thing for kids
