Very friendly staff. .from sales to parts and service..small town business. .I felt no pressure. Very happy dealing with this dealership. I got a very good price for my trade and a very good price on my new Grand Caravan. Mark my salesmen was very good at his job. The girl in finance did an amazing job. When the Time comes to trade again I will return to Ponoka Chrysler dodge. Excellent dealership. Thanks to Scott in parts who helped me and Amanda in service. Looking at a truck, working with salesmen Mark Sieban. Drove an hour and a half to look at the truck we discussed, truck was sold in the morning. Did not even have the curtesy to let me know the truck was longer available. Wasted 3 hours of my day, I have never been treated this way by a sales associate. Not asking much, a simple text this morning would have saved my time, that apparently means nothing.

I could not have asked for a better dealership to buy my first vehicle from! They listened to me and made sure I got exactly what I wanted when others didn't. Everybody went above and beyond their job to make sure we left the dealership smiling, knowning we were going to get an amazing vehicle no matter what. I can't believe the service I got:

Sales and service have been above and beyond at Ponoka Dodge and with all the negative that happens, I wanted to share.

1. Got $2000 more for my trade than quoted in Red Deer (it wasn't even a price match - they didn't know I got another quote)

2. Received a travel mug and hat as a thank you at the time of purchase from Mark.

3. Service picked up and dropped off my Jeep when it had a recall (I don't live in Ponoka).

4. Command start needed the be reprogrammed and instead of giving me the number for the business they used 8 months ago, Lana sent it up there to get fixed the same day for me. And my salesman Mark made sure I was taken care of and everything was fixed before I picked it up.

Absolutely stellar service. Don't go elsewhere.

I always cross shop dealers, and have still purchased my last 5 vehicles here because of their price and level of customer service.

Once again let down by the service department! I had my truck in there for transmission issues that should have been covered by my extended warranty. I was given "our best guess" quote on repair, that would have costed me $1000 + $300(covered by warranty) $1300. When I asked "do you guarantee this will fix the problem?" they responded "we guarantee the parts". What kind of answer is that? So I pulled my truck out of there and it still cost me $200 for them to guess at a repair!! Unacceptable!! I took my truck to Mr.Transmission in Red Deer and they gave it a free diagnosis, found the problem, fixed the problem, guaranteed the repair and it only cost me $600 including tax.... What the Hell!! Ponoka Chrysler is also on their 3rd Service Manager in 4 years, perhaps the problem lies deeper than the service manager.....

We wanted a car for our son, and were looking for a great deal! Eldon had two great cars ready and after a test drive, my son had his mind made up and wanted the Chrysler 200 S. Eldon made the test drive fun and educational for Jordan. He showed him how everything worked. The service was great, and Eldon came in on his day off to give us the car, because my son wanted it so badly that day! Karrie was a doll and super helpful and fun about it! Thanks Doug, Eldon and Karrie for a great service and a wonderful experience!

Time wasn't wasted. Able to take the vehicle we wanted for a test drive with zero hassle and by ourselves. Great value given to us for our trade in. Didn't just fix the minor things that were noticed at our independent vehicle inspection, but were completely replaced (stripped screw on air filter box - replaced the entire box; occasional 'error' message on the dashboard screen - replaced the entire screen system). We also told Eldon that we lived on a gravel road, so he had mud flaps installed at no charge. All of this on a used vehicle. Would highly recommend and we will definitely look at Ponoka Chrysler first when it comes to our next purchase.
The reason we first went to Ponoka was because we were looking at a Journey in Red Deer, but found the same unit in Ponoka for $5000 less and 10 0000 less km.

Karrie in finance was great to work with as well. We did all of our financing from the comfort of our home and just had to sign when we arrived to pick up our new vehicle. Very professional and efficient
