Visited the new location last week. Coming together nicely. Greatly appreciate the willingness to special order in some slightly obscure items I needed for my birds. Thanks guys.

Great store, fair prices, really friendly people. Andrea and Kevin are friendly and very knowledgeable. They have a good selection and will order you whatever you need. I will buy all of my pet supplies from Porthos.

Great fast service. Told me what kind of food to feed my older picky dog. Went out of their way to order in food. Suggested treats that she loved.

Can't say enough good things about the staff and grooming service I got here. Other groomers have asked me not to bring my little guy back because he was to aggressive and had bad attitude. Porthos handed me back my little one. Most people can't even touch him. But when I arrived they sat with him on the floor until he commed down, and took the time with him he needed. His nail trim was done in no time and I was amazed,worth every dollar and cheaper then my vet.

The owners are extremely helpful and knowledgeable about all their supplies, food, toys, etc. Having so much experience with animals in the past they know what to advise for different situations and are quick to help out people who need options. Awesome pricing too - I am from Calgary and can actually pick up many of my items at this store way cheaper than the pet stores by me!
