The Powder Stagecoach is one of the very few resort based Cat Ski operations in Western Canada. Join us for a one-day back country adventure to ride open bowls and secret powder stashes. Your adventure starts at the top of Huckleberry Chair where our Powder Stagecoach will meet you and climb up Mount Haig to access your personal powder lines in wide bowls, gladed chutes and breathtaking scenery. Come and share our 900 cm's of annual snowfall across 800 acres of ski-able terrain.
Since our Cat adventure is resort-based, the powder hounds can have the adventure experience of Cat Skiing while other family members play on the rest of the mountain.

Castle's Powder Stagecoach Cat Skiing is back for another season with 36 operational dates in the 2018-2019 season.
Not only do guests enjoy untracked, cold smoke powder that Castle is well known for but also breakfast, lunch, an apres-ski beverage, and even a free souvenir to commemorate their experience. Did we mention memories to last a lifetime?
Rates start at $399 + GST / day with discounts available to groups, Castle Mountain Resort pass / card holders, and all pass holders of Powder Alliance member resorts!

Another dump of snow is on the horizon and Castle's Powder Stagecoach is coming back for one more day of cat skiing, before we officially call it quits. We'll be cat skiing / riding on Easter Sunday, April 1st; one day only.
We'll be open for bookings starting Tuesday, March 17 at 8 AM with our regular rate of $399 / seat applicable. What's more, a complimentary any day lift ticket will be issued to any guest paying the regular fare OR you can choose to save $40 / seat with a valid Castle Mountain Resort / Lake Louise season pass or card product.

Castle Mountain's Powder Stagecoach Cat Skiing wraps up an absolutely epic season with one final weekend of cat skiing; March 15 - 17.

Special Family Day pricing will be in effect in that, with the purchase of a regularly priced adult seat, an accompanying Junior (age 13 - 17) can cat ski for half price; that's only $199! Family Day at Castle Mountain Resort is the perfect time to give your teen the once in a lifetime experience of cat skiing.
