Practicar Car & Truck Rentals

I called to find the cost of renting a car. The guy on the phone said I won a $100 gift card. He then said I had to pay 4.99 shipping and handling. I declined as I don't give banking information over the phone. I spent the next 2 minutes listening to him refuse to tell me the cost and insisting I give him my credit card. I then hung up on him. This place is a complete joke. Don't waste your time.

One of the worst experiences I've ever had. It took three phone calls just to get them started on finding us a compact car. They said they had one, then called back to say they didn't anymore. When I politely noted that we've been struggling to sort things out with them, the sales rep said "We don't need to rent to you" and hung up. We then called Budget car rentals and they had a car for us - for a fraction of the price - within 20 mins.

Don't bother with Practicar.
