More affordable than any other car rental and the vehicle we got was exactly what we needed. Great customer service. Would recommend them to others for sure.

Quick and courteous service. Got the vehicle needed for my trip with short notice given and the vehicle ran smoothly with no issues. Rates were good and will use again if in need of a rental.

I was impressed with them having a vehicle to rent for me before the long weekend when nobody else did but the car had 100 000 kms on it and it reeked like smoke. I wasn't impressed when I tried to ask about the charges on my credit card and got a really rude response from them. Apparently they don't have a computer there to look up people's reservations, it's all done on paper like in the 70's. I asked about my bill and didn't have all the info in front of me and the guy working there wasn't helpful.He was so rude and made it seems like it was my fault that I asked about my bill and I thought they could look up a persons info and reservations on a computer which is something too advanced for them. I just wanted to see a printed email of my bill but emails are something they don't do because they don't do computers. He somehow found my order and then went through
It for me and it made sense but I then like them wrote it down in my note tote like they do for reservations. I didn't appreciate his attitude and I won't be back there. He was the most demeaning human in the way he talked to me. I don't recommend anyone take the risk in being treated that way to drive a car that reeked like smoke.

Excellent service and friendly staff plus extremely affordable rates. My rental was simple, easy and met all of my expectations. I will be going back here to talk to Randy about a rental for my next trip!

I am once again very pleased with Practicar Edmonton. Their rates are affordable and the cars are very clean and reliable. I find the staff to be very polite and straight-forward. I highly recommend their services.

This company charged for damages that occurred after the vehicle was returned and rented out again. They contacted us two weeks after the car had been cleared and inspected upon arrival. So how could we have caused the damaged up to 2 weeks after the vehicle was returned? Poor customer service and rude people. This place is not a place to go for a rental at all. Please steer clear and go elsewhere.

Horrible experience! I was in a hit and run in Edmonton while driving the rental car. Not only did I have to drive the same car that I was in a accident in for a week, but I was also charged $1,000 for loss of use of the vehicle that was not in the contract. For 2 weeks I paid $436 which was suppose to be $200, but an added $1,036 for loss of use. Never go this car rental company they are a bunch of sharks.
