We provide RTK corrected GPS signal for John Deere Greenstar systems in Canada.
Prairie Precision Network Description
The product that we provide is "Network RTK" which allows for precise guidance anywhere in our network. As opposed to a "RTK Network", our signal does not degrade with distance and can cover more area than traditional RTK.
RTK stands for Real Time Kinematics which accounts for GPS errors with base stations. By doing this we can attain a guidance line that you can come back to and use over and over. Also for any topographical survey work this signal works much better than any other GPS signal.
We provide a modem that connects to your John Deere Receiver and then relays this RTK signal to the Greenstar system. This modem can also provide wifi to the machine cab, freeing up any device previously used.
Remote support, remote updates and location services are also provided to our dealers to better support our customers
