Prairie Winds Park

Great place to take kids of all ages - no charge fun out doors. There was a kids zip-line! This place was amazing , newly renovated play areas for children . Ample grass area with hills of grass to walk or play on also full of paved trails if you are just walking around. Great place to hang out in nature, thanks for keeping the beautiful trees . Good job Calgary! !!

Excellent facility. Modern changing and washroom building. Wonderful outdoor wading / small kids swimming pool. Small splash park. Great play area with zip line.

This newly renovated park is good for family! Have a lot of fun with our 5 yrs & 2 yrs old grandsons here. The spray park, the wading pool, play structure, zip line and other new features are great!

The recently renovated Prairie Winds Park and it's really a good little spot to bring your children have a quick picnic while they use the new renovated wading pool. There is a zipline there set up for two kids to race. Overall huge Improvement on what it was. It's a very busy Place being in the Northeast there's a high population and there's a lot of ethnic diversity there. If you make a day of it you can pick up something local other some good eats around the bend.

Currently under construction but almost done. Great area big open space. Parks, walk trails, small pool and sheltered table areas are all part of the park. The hill itself is great in the winter for sledding. Just little parking so arrive early if you want a good spot on a nice day.

Nice upgradation in park. Good place to spend relaxed fun times. Kids play area make it easy to relax.

Needs more development. Not enough tables. Trees are still young. The pool and other facility is still under construction. Playground for the kids is so cramped. There are also noisy folks who has a stereo with a very loud music with them so I guess you can't meditate or have a peaceful siesta time here.

Lovely playground equipment, lots of benches, picnic tables and rentable pavilions. Still waiting for the gorgeous new water park to open, but it looks great!

The renovations are looking good, newly equipped pool, tennis courts parks and even a cricket field! Great for hot days and playing at the park with the kids
