I recently purchased a Tuscon from Precision Hyundai. The entire process was pleasant and I felt very "taken care of" by the entire team. They made sure I explored all of the options available to me in terms of vehicle type, model and price. They made sure that I was completely satisfied with my purchase. I would absolutely recommend buying a vehicle at this dealership.

The sales team is great and negotiates well. I traded a car in and bought a car there that came with extended warranty, so I ended up using the service there too and it has been alright. Hard to schedule an oil change on the fly but good for everything else. Price wise it is on the same level as most shops. Over all they are nice, professional and finish work on time.

Precision Hyundai came to me in a time of emergency. My old car died unexpectedly. I travel a lot for work and I needed something soon. A gentleman named Robert Koonin contacted me at 11:00 PM on a Saturday even and arranged something for me. He took the time to reassure me that I was in good hands and nothing was set in stone until I felt absolutely confident that I was doing the right thing. Having no vehicle Robert took the time to pick me up from the train station and he dropped me off after the meeting. He and his team were unbelievably kind and helpful. This was my first time getting a brand new car and the experience could be daunting, but they made me feel comfortable without being forceful. By the end of the week I was in my brand new car and I was feeling relieved and happy with my decision. I can't thank Robert and his team enough for the help they provided for me. Wow. What a great experience from Precision Hyundai. Robert and Nicolas were extremely helpful and flexible with my schedule. It was an enjoyable experience, and they got us into the car we wanted. Great atmosphere and a very high bar was set. My experience with other dealerships has been terrible in the past but i will for sure be going back to Precision in the future.

I have to date bought two used cars from Precision, one in 2015 and one just last week. Both times my experience was awesome. Its nice to know people in the car industry you can trust, and the team at Precision is just that. The used car manager Omar has been just great to me over the years. There sales staff as well are great, I dealt with Billy and he is an honest, easy to deal with salesman who never pressured me to buy! It took me 6 months to decide! Needless to say this dealership has my business for the years ahead anytime I buy a car.

My first experience at Precision was great! I came to this service department after a horrible experience at a hyundai dealership that wont be named. After being lied too and taken for thousands, i had lost all hope in dealership service centers, however the staff here at precision have changed my mind. The required maintenance was explained to me clearly. The people i dealt with from start to finish were courteous, friendly and professional. I will also note the girls up front are quite entertaining! Made me laugh several times....in a good way! Will be coming back and if sales is anything like service i will be purchasing my next hyundai at Precision!!

Lost the keys to my 09 Elantra, and towed it to the Dealer. I phoned in first thing AM to book an appt. I left a message, the Service Advisor phoned me back promptly, had a price for 2 keys with 10min. The Service dept squeezed my car through on a Friday. I found my car ready for pickup at the end of the day freshly washed. They charged me .5hrs to program 2 keys, which is more than fair. Thanks for the excellent service. I would definitely recommend your service for anyone in, or out of warranty for fairly priced, quality service.

Precision Hyundai is a great place to buy and maintain a vehicle. I can honestly say Ive never walked out of there with a bad taste in my mouth. Other dealerships have made me feel like I am just another face in the crowd and tend to be very robotic in the way they provide information, it is very refreshing to be treated like family. I also truly believe both my salesman and service writer were very honest with me and had my best interest at heart. The staff in service are always a laugh and welcome me like a friend, not just another customer. I will be a loyal customer for life!
