Prestige Health Group

I have always received professional and friendly service from Prestige Health Group. My skin is very sensitive, but Nina took the time to go through treatments and products with me. My skin is glowing after these facials!

Prestige Health has been friendly and has great prices, but most importantly my skin looks much better after their treatments.

I am in my mid forties and I have never met as greedy and unprofessional people before as I did at the Prestige Health Group. I came in for hair removal treatment (saw an add in the newspaper, adds the have pretty much every month throughout the year, pretending it to be a special offer). One of the owners "the doctor" took the first consultation and assured me that my hair would be removed within the 6 times that the package they offered covered. He looked at the hair at my legs and said that that color would be no problem to treat (I have fairly blond hair, and blond hair is supposed to be more difficult to treat in this way). So I bought the package and got started. The other owner took care of my treatments. After a couple of treatments I saw no difference, and then she said that because of my blond hair I would maybe need couple of treatments extra. But no more than that. She said she could see hairless spots. I saw nothing, but trusted her. After 5 treatments I still saw no improvement, but she said the same, I just needed a couple of more treatments. As of now, I didn´t believe her and said that I was not happy with the way things were going. I said I would not continue the treatment after the next one, cause it was evident that two more times wasn´t going to do it and here we were talking of potentially a lot and money and a lot of pain and probably no results. The next time I came to get my (last) treatment she sent someone else (newly employed) to do the treatment. I saw her hiding in a room, don´t know why, I hadn´t been that harsh, but I guess she didn´t want to discuss the failed treatment anymore. I contacted her through e-mail, asking for a partly refund, but she was not willing to give me one dollar back. And this even though I received an e-mail from the medical director of the company producing the laser machine they are using saying that the use of laser for hair removal is a gamble for persons with blond hair. It may or it may not work.
So to sum it up, I was promised results they had no way of knowing would come. If they at least had let me know there was some uncertainty about the treatment for my part, I could have made an informed decision. I spent a lot of money and endured a lot of pain (they turned the laser up so high that the person treating me the last time had to ask the owner if it was correct. She had never treating someone with that kind of power before. I was literally jumping in my chair when they used it. And this in spite of the ads and info. on their website saying it was pain free. Guess they were getting desperate as the laser wasn´t working on me).
Well, this was a long review, but I believe it is important to know what kind of people and professional integrity you are dealing with here. Don´t go to Prestige Health Group only because they might be a little bit cheaper. It will easily be more expensive in the long run and there are plenty of other options in Calgary. Stay away!

Nina is one of the loveliest people I have ever met. She takes her time when doing treatments and always does a good job. Great deals and really nice people at Prestige!

My experience is that they are heavily overselling their treatments; the results are way below what they promise before you sign up and make your payments. I heard same story from others. And they are very arrogant when you express that results are not in line with what they promise. Go to someone more professional!
