The properties are acquired, impeccably managed, appropriately renovated and financed from the start. The properties may also be re-financed after 9 to 15 months. The rents will have likely increased and therefore, the value of the building.

We offer investment opportunities for the average investor to join in the syndication of larger apartment buildings.
