Prestwick Fine Dry Cleaning

SHOCKING experience. They damaged my coat and deny doing so. Claim they 'never touched that spot'. Don't call back to address concerns, made no effort to help when I was in the store, simply laugh off the issue. Not even the courtesy offer of a refund. NEVER use this dry cleaner.

DO NOT GO_-RUINED SUIT. Recently got married and took the suit to get dry cleaned a couple days later. When I picked the suit up I immediately noticed there was a snag on the suit. The employee apologized and told me to come back in the morning when the owner was in. I went back the next morning and the owner at the beginning was like "How do I know we did it" and I told him we have over 2000 photos from the wedding showing the suit was not snagged and your employee already apologized for it. Then he asked how much to replace and I told him its a $1900 suit and have a receipt to prove it. He then immediately said there is no way he can pay for that and his employee has no clue what they're talking about. Will NEVER go back. Very upset.

Will never ever go back to this place. Obviously need a lesson in customer service and how to talk to people. Regularly got my Dy cleaning done, no issues. One day picked up some dress shirts and pants as per usual, come home and see a stain on the sleeve of the shirt. Next day take it back and approach them about the stain, and really just wanted them to clean it on there expense this time, no big deal. The owner, older man basicslly accused me of wearing it and putting the stain, on It. Then proceeded to tell me I only get this much cleaned per month so who cares basically. Told him I got better things to do then bring back dry cleaning which is supposed to be cleaned and that I will never step foot in there again. Which I won't. Ignorant prick.
