Primacy - Coventry Hills Family Care Centre

I've been a patient of this Family Care Centre since 2005 and have never experienced the problems others have noted here. The staff have always been pleasant and accommodating and the doctors are great. This is the only place where the doctors have a sense of humor and take the time to know their patients.

I don't want to say this is the worst clinic I've been to because the location is convenient. It's clean, reception is friendly but which clinic isn't these days, seriously that's What you expect in a decent neighbourhood.

As far as the doctors this is got to be the worst clinic I have been to. You don't get any real time with your doctor to discuss any of the issues. Each visit I've had there have been clocked we'll under 5 min. If you are looking for a quality doctors care this is not your place. Do yourself a favour and find doctors that will pay attention and hopefully not miss any real issues you might be having. This place is designed to Maximize profits and minimize patient time.

Will not be coming back again, been a patient for couple years and it gets worse every time.

They'd get better stars I'm sure if 1. THEY WERE OPEN when they're website says that they are and 2. If they'd answer their phones or at the least leave a message saying that they are closed

Not only are the doctors and staff both knowledge and friendly, the clinic is clean, well located (in superstore), and though sometimes a lineup, it is quickly cleared.

Great docs I just wish they'd PICK UP THE PHONE
