Primacy - H2 Medical Centre

I think they are very rude at the reception and although I came in early I waited over an hour and half - watching the reception smirking while I waited - it is really to bad because the Drs are pretty good there - being sick and feeling low do not need to be made fun of - I am wondering if there is any place to go to place a complaint?

They're always so busy, snotty people at the reception. I had been going to the doctors and magically I couldn't go due to my health card not being valid. That was fine, but they decided to allow me to wait a half twenty minutes before telling me. When they could of told me sooner.

This is the worst clinic I have ever been to. One of the girls at the reception desk (looks latina with medium length, really curly brown hair) is absolutely psychotic. She had a major mental breakdown when I said I didn't want my blood pressure taken when I was there for a requisition. She went completely off the rails. She screamed at me and stormed out the door like a 5 year old child that just got told they have to eat their vegetables. Grow up. I called the clinic for test results a couple weeks later and once again, she goes on a rampage and screams at me on the phone. She is a lunatic who is extremely unprofessional. This clinic needs to fire her.

Came here in march for an injury, the doctor gave me a requisition for an x-ray and said they would call. It is now June, and i still have yet to hear from anyone at this office. Luckily, my physiotherapist was able to resolve my issue and give me some relief.

With an empty waiting room as I arrived, I waited a full two hours to see a doctor. That being said, my doctor was kind, effective, and solved my problem immediately. I'm grateful I had the time to sit and wait. I would recommend arriving as close to open as possible to avoid a silimar experience to mine. I would also recommend bringing a book in case you don't arrive early. 😉

This walk in clinic is always very busy, but the staff are friendly and it's a group of female doctors. Open late some evenings and on weekends making it convenient to get an appointment

Really good experiences anytime we have gone to this clinic been going for more than a few years - my kids and my spouse have gotten great care from drs and staff have always been pleasant :)

I have been going to this clinic for a while, my favorite doctor is Dr. Killian, she is very genuine and takes the time to ask you how you are doing and to try to get to the bottom of the problem.. she is very compassionate, and seems to have knowledge that is broader then the average spectrum of advise commonly prescribed by doctors.. like looking into the heart of the matter not just treating symptoms. If I wasnt so broke I would have bought her flowers.. I recently seen her for an annoying eye twitch. The staff have always been polite and Dr Beecroft is good too, funny sense of humor. The place is busy because people keep returning because it is a good doctors office, and worth the wait.
