Primacy - One World Medical Centre

Dr.Yip is an incredible doctor! I have had terrible experiences with doctors prior to coming to this clinic. Its hard to feel completely comfortable with a doctor, but Dr. Yip is great at making you feel comfortable. He is always friendly and very knowledgeable. I travel across the city to see Dr. Yip.
The staff in this clinic are very friendly! Some of these reviews are awful.. Everyone is allowed to have an off day. There have been a couple of times where they don't seem as friendly.. but we are only human and you don't know what is going on in their life. 99% of the time the staff is amazing and very friendly! I would highly recommend this clinic! :)

If you get here before it opens in the morning, be sure to sprint through the superstore to the clinic inside so that you can be seen first.

This clinic has no respect for people's time. Every time I come with an appointment I wait at LEAST 1 hour. Doctor Yip is amazing but the staff and admin have no respect or are aware of the time when booking appointments. Find another clinic!!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Lee for years (Even before he was at One World) and I can say with no hesitation that he is the absolute best and is very thorough. The wait times can be long but I know that Dr. Lee spends time with his patients and will spend as much time with you as you need. I never feel rushed. He is absolutely wonderful and I am so thankful to have him as our family doctor. The clinic itself could use some improvement with the front desk staff. They are not very friendly and seem inconvenienced if you need to ask a question. As a long time patient, on occasion, I have had to come as a walk in & have waited for up to 4 hours. I don't expect preference because I am a long term patient but I do expect honesty. Told the wait time is about an hour and then over 3 hours later only 2 walk ins were called and I was still waiting. Ridiculous! Ended up booking an appointment for another day and wasting over 3 hours sitting in a waiting room. This is too bad because this also reflects on the doctor(s) who is amazing.

Great physician and staff. I am seen promptly. The staff are helpful and professional. He always diagnoses my problems correctly, discusses treatment, and deals with the issues. He orders necessary tests and makes appropriate referrals. He has been my family physician for over five years. Even though I have moved out of the area I will travel the extra distance to see him.

Been sitting here for 3 hours with two very young children and still haven't been seen by the doctor ... don't come here

Dr. Yip, as my primary physician, has given me superb and knowledgeable care over many years. When on a walkin basis I have received courteous and efficient care from several other doctors at the clinic. Nurse Sally and Pharmacist Steve have also provided me superior advice and support. The front staff are very patient with me and make sure I understand them. (I have a major hearing deficiency and they are courteous as well as respectful when communicating around that issue)

I am a retired nurse and have worked along side many Dr's and nurses, and as a patient of Dr.Yip's , I rate him as among the best of all of the Dr's that I've seen as a patient ,or worked with in my career.He is well known and respected in the medical field.His knowledge and professionalism are exemplary.As for the the office staff, I have no complaints, as they have been polite, and efficient.
