The doctor with the polish accent is so rude. Would never go there again even if I was on fire

I just can't imagine why this person ever wanted to be a doctor.

I'm in the process of getting all my teeth removed (finally) after a long life of dental pain, abscesses and swelling. It has cost me a lot of days off work and has been horrible. I got 25% of them removed and am set to have the next 25% removed. All was going well until the teeth that were set to be removed next became very painful.

I went in seeking drugs. Not going to lie. In the past any doctor I went to would give me these drugs even if I was never going to fix the problem. I was in insanely bad pain and he began jamming his fingers on all my gums roughly. He told me there could be an infection or there couldn't be and he had no idea. Just take two Aleeve. Like I've been crushing through ibuprofen and naproxen nonstop and they were not doing the job. I was kind of hoping I'd get something stronger.

So I had to take off a couple of days of work until my dentist appointment and of course I did have an infection. My dentist prescribed antibiotics and a stronger pain killer and now I am wondering why even have public healthcare.

I have been hunting for a family doctor and this guy will not be in consideration.

I've never had any issues at this clinic. Dr. Khadher is not rude or condescending he is straight forward, as a Dr. Should be. I brought my daughter in when she was very ill. She ended up vomiting all over the waiting room, herself and me. The staff there were so helpful and helped me clean up, gave my daughter a blanket and one even offered to give me the sweater off her back (so I didn't have to sit in puke) As for the people reviewing this poorly because they can't get their pain pill fix, it states all over the office that they do not prescribe ANY sort of narcotics for pain. No one is above rules and regulations/law including Police Officers

TERRIBLE, I have been to this walk in clinic three times over the last few years. Every experience I have had there was bad. My last experience was by far the worst, my four year old son was having difficulty hearing for a couple days. The Doctor we that day was extremely rude to both myself and my son, and acted as though we were wasting his time. He quickly looked in my sons ears, then said "I see no problem" I asked him "really, there's nothing wrong?" He replied "well one ear is a little red" I asked him if it was an infection to which he said NO. He then quickly left the room without so much as a thank you or goodbye. I didn't even know our appointment was over. After a couple days of my son still having hearing issues, I took him to a different clinic, where the doctor informed us that my son DID have an ear infection in BOTH ears, he was then prescribed antibiotics. I cannot believe the terribl service we received at the Primacy clinic in Spruce Grove. I will never again attend that clinic, and will be telling everyone I know to do the same. Just awful.

I took my 5 year old daughter to this clinic as she was showing signs of Strep Throat. They were easy to get into and only had a short wait. The Dr (I didn't get his name, as he didn't tell us) was really rough with her and pretty much stabbed her throat to get the swab. They sent us home with no advice and said the results would take 24-48 hours. I never heard anything back, so I called 2 days later, nothing.... I call 4 days later and they say "Yeah, the results are here, you have to see the Dr if you want them". Would have been nice to receive a phone call. In the mean time I took her to Shoppers, was swabbed, tested positive and had our Rx within 20 minutes. I found this office to be very unprofessional and not very caring. This doctor now has my daughter terrified of doctors as she thinks they are all rough and going to hurt her, but before this appointment she loved going. :(

This one star goes too the reception and nursing staff, as Dr. Waleed Khadher deserves to be reported to the medical association. After only being to the clinic a few times, I will not return to this unprofessional male for any diagnosis or treatment. Does not explain what he is prescribing, raising his voice and telling you to go back to your old doctor (who is not in Spruce where I now reside) if you question why? Charges for a doctor's note (cash only and cash machine in store charges an additional $3.00 as the clinic does not have debit) but refuses to put down his request for limited work duties and such, even with permission. It makes you wonder if the diagnosis is correct???
