Massage Therapy is manual manipulation of soft body tissues (muscle, connective tissue, tendons and ligaments) to enhance a person's health and well-being.

Physical Therapists diagnose and treat individuals of all ages who have medical problems or other health related conditions that limit one's ability to move and perform daily functional activities.

We offer multi-disciplinary Spine Assessments and a Back to Health! rehabilitation program.
