Useless incompetent store that has a unreliable website that cannot track their stock properly. Store managers that have no ability to keep track of or their stock. Wasted my time driving to each store and Surprise! we dont have your item. Find it online and order from there. Waste my time creating an account, filling out the address and credit card info to just have the order cancelled the next day because Surprise,. we have not control over our stock or poor website. Call customer service to get no solution at all, no offer to check for a solution, just a canned apology that the customer service reps probably have to say on a daily basis. I requested a call back about my issue from the cancellation email I received but of course I did not receive this call so maybe this option for a call back should be removed if there’s no intention to actually follow up.

We buy our extra wide gaff tape and black extension chord reels here for temporary audio visual installations. Lots of deals to be found here on useful tools and supplies. Sometimes they will give last sale price at customer service if you ask.

Not a good experience the customer service person didn't know what a cup tool was and would not look up to see if she could order a part for me. I really don't understand this place not worth the discount. And all the staff but 1 nice lady was to busy to help. I asked an employee if he knows where a tire I was looking for was and he said I don't know, it's in the tire section. So if the staff don't know where anything is how are the customers supposed to know?

The store is well organized, neat and they have an excellent selection of tools and parts at great prices.The excellent staff are acutely aware of customer needs and will quickly open more tills or will help locate a part. Pretty good web site too. It is the first place I go to get a tool.
The wife, not as excited about the store. Once I came home with a 3-pack of crow bars because it was cheaper than buying a single crowbar. I simply could not get her to understand my joy with having spare crowbars. If I am shopping and she threatens to drags me into a store that smells of leather, linen and perfumed sales staff, I remind her of the better odors of rubber, machine oil and vinyl at Princess Auto.

Staff seems bothered when you ask for help. The warehouse is a mess and they are unable to find anything. Had to make several trips to the store as the staff was unable to get something out of the warehouse after they Called and said it was ready.

Good place for cheap tools that will get the job done (some items have a pretty short lifespan though) Coming here on a tuesday between 11am and 1pm, expect to wait in line for your entire lunch hour.

I love this store. It is always possible to buy everything you need. the price is cheaper than other similar stores. if I cannot find something, I'm going here. The staff can always help with the choice and Recommend something else that may be needed.

This is a hidden gem. But those who know love it. Probably Calgary's craziest collection of random tools and DIY / construction accessories.
