My husband and I just picked up our new Limited Edition Pioneer 1000 a few days ago. We couldn’t be happier with the incredible service! We are several hours away from Calgary and there were many closer places we could have gone but are so happy and it was extremely worth it. I was literally sitting in another Honda dealership inside the side by side we wanted and was so frustrated I called Adventure and we made the drive to Calgary the next day. Customer service goes a long way and these guys know their stuff!

I've known wone for many years and bought my three bikes from him. He's very entertaining and easy to deal with.

I'm really happy with my purchase. Wone rendered awesome service and even checked on me a few days later to see if all is well. Awesome!

Great big store with lots of selection! Went in looking for two BCA avalanche backpacks and came out with way more knowledge about them then I would have recieved ordering online. Rick the parts man who doesn't even snowmobile sized my husband and I into the vest, showed us how they fit and all adjustment, showed all the particulars of the vest, and how it works in very great detail. The price couldn't compete with any other place either. And i have shopped long and hard for the best price on these. Thanks Rick, my experience with you will make me a returning customer!

6 years of riding and this is by far the best experience Ive had purchasing a motorcycle. If you like good, no, great customer service and knowing your buying from someone that takes riding more serious than their job, then this is where you buy your toys. A friendly staff and a beautiful shop (which you get a full tour of) make for above-and-beyond customer service not to mention competitive pricing and frequent sales. They carry a wide variety of bikes, gear, accessories and parts, making this a one stop shop is very convenient.



I Recently bought a bike from Mike B. He is easily one of the friendliest salesmen you'll ever meet. A real passion for his job. His customer service went so far as to remember my friends name from the week prior. He made sure several times that my bike was ready to go the minute I got there. After hour calls due to my job to arrange anything I needed to know or questions that I had. I will be a repeat customer without a question.



You really need to experience it so even if your curious check them out they are full of information and won't try to force you into the finance office until your ready.

Bought numerous bikes here over the years while working at other dealers. Service is great as it's nice to see a few familiar faces over the years. Building definitely deserves an upgrade!

Very lame service! As near as I could tell no one in the store likes working there.



Made a small purchase Honda power head and brush cutter , hedge trimmer.



Maybe they wake up for bigger purchases.

Why? Quad was said to be ready on such date after repairs. Came into shop and was told the quad had nothing done! Was told it will be ready the next day at Noon, 4 hours later I got my quad back. (Was going hunting in BC 11 hr drive) They didn't fix two of the problems, overheating and the toggle switch for the 4x4 ( It overheated and the toggle switch didn't work on hunting trip, sweet) My quote was for $2500 and my bill came to $2900! and that’s after the apparently took off $300 off the bill. So great costumer service there. I do not recommended PRO AM FOR SERVICE.

If I could give the pro-am service department 0 stars I would. I made an appointment to have work done a month ago after they recommended service to have the recommended service done. I dropped the bike off early this morning to get the $800 worth of work done. When I called to see if my bike was ready I got the run around, excuses and turns out after the bike being there all day they had done none of the service. Part of the excuse was they didn't have parts. If I make an appointment to get fork seals changed a month in advance you would think they would have the parts there to complete the job. I will never take my bike back to Pro-Am or have any further dealings with them.

I bought a new motorcycle here and had a tire and a few other parts put on it. They did nothing right. The rear tire was way out of alignment, my brake light switch was disconnected and they didn't honour the 15% off they promised me on any stock upon purchasing the bike (15% off for a month). The lady doing up the paperwork was trying to force me into financing instead of paying up front. She even called me cheap when I wouldn't budge. I'm dead serious when I say I regret not leaving and going somewhere else..pro-am sucks.
