Progressive Leasing And Auto Sales

I was tired of buying old beaters that constantly broke down. With my situation of going through a bankruptcy, I didn't think there was any other way. I looked at a couple of places that deal with bad credit or said bankruptcies. But you don't get the vehicle you want, they tell you what you can get.

A friend of mine told me about Progressive and how they helped him. I thought I would take a gamble and go down. They have to be the friendliest tight knit group I have ever had the pleasure to do business with. I looked at the car that I had my mind set on, and it was no problem. They were sympathetic to my situation and still got me into the vehicle I wanted.

While shopping around for a new family vehicle we weren't happy with a lot of the car dealerships in Calgary and surrounding area. Websites not updated, couldn't locate vehicles on the lots, constantly calling and emailing but not providing us with the information we wanted etc. With Progressive that was NOT the case. They have an amazing, caring team who are upfront and honest. We are looking into buying another vehicle within the next couple of months and they definitely will be getting our business once again. The guys at progressive were great. I contacted them online, made an appointment and Mark had it ready and waiting when I arrived. I just started rebuilding my credit after a tough few years and a short time later I was still able to drive away. And even being upfront about my situation I could not have been treated better, which is not always the case in my shoes.
It was nice to feel good about buying a car again.
On top of that the car was in mint mechanical condition making it a pleasure to drive what I bought.

I dread dealing with car dealerships.... However, the guys at Progressive were an absolute pleasure!

From the moment Mark approached us, no suit, just dressed for comfort, I knew something was different. He was friendly and chatted with us about cars and various other things. He wasn't pushy in the slightest. He didn't try to make us go for a test drive, he didn't try to drag us into his office. He was 100% fine that we were just at the early stage of shopping. He printed out the details of the car we were interested in, wished us a good day and said don't hesitate to reach out if we needed any more information.

This was great because it gave us time to go away and discuss as a family what we had seen and reach a decision without any pressure.

We came back the next day, and after a good test drive signed up to purchase the vehicle. Mark didn't play games with us, he gave us a fair and reasonable trade in on our old vehicle and arranged for Progressive's finance guy, Troy to set to work to find us a good deal.

About 36 hours later we were back, picking up our new car and signing off on our finance which was at about half of the rate we had previously been paying.

We've had the car for almost a week now and the whole family love it!

We would have no hesitation in recommending Progressive Leasing and Auto Sales, and from my own experience, Mark in particular, although I am sure all of the guys are great too.

Friendly, knowledgeable, sell quality vehicles. Bought a vehicle here 12 years ago so this was the first place we looked. The vehicle is in great condition as promised.

Glen and Troy were very helpful in determining the best option to help me get into a newer vehicle. They were friendly and helpful resolving financing options available to me. I have not so great credit and they came through when I thought there were no more avenues. They asked me what I wanted and in the end I got exactly what I asked for (2013 Dodge Avenger). Most dealerships offered me the back of the lot vehicles but Progressive Leasing helped me avoid that. I am now driving safely with my family in more economical vehicle.
