Everything posted in the previous reviews is true. If they miss a regularly scheduled pick up they will still send a bill for that day. Terrible, terrible company. Anyone looking to have their garbage picked up would be better off hiring a bunch of young children from a Mexican grade school rather than hire whatever the people at Progressive claim to be.

This company deserves a negative rating instead of any star at all. It will not matter if a routine or weekly pickup is scheduled they will ignore it and a minimum of one phone call will be required to get the pick up made. Meanwhile garbage and card board will pile up at your facility. Find any alternative possible rather than doing business with Progressive.

Pickup drivers have caused multiple issues in our property, damaged property and equipment. Customer service does not respond to these issues or willing to consider our request.

Would recommend anyone not to use this company for waste service.

Irresponsible drivers are working here. How'd you like to be a block away from a cheese manufacturing plant and discover the operator compacts his semi solid waste matter in your parking lot - 15 bays, 200 people all get to enjoy the smell of mouldy gym socks whenever the drivers chooses to compress that load in the parking lot. If this is not resolved the tenants of this facility (10 cans) are all taking their business elsewhere so this stops being an issue.

As an additional note, the storm sewers in this lot, like all of them, drain without filtration into the Bow River, this liquid is not just milk - so from a HASMAT perspective - what else is weeping unnecessarily into the ecosystem as the result of irresponsible operators

They don't come when scheduled, bad customer service.
Have used them for a few years, and every month we have to call over and over again to actually get them to pick up.. We have better things to do, rather than calling you and reminding you to do your jobs
Get It together PWS, you guys are aweful

They where dropping a bin for a neighbour and hit our garage. 24 hrs later no one has come to deal with the damage. I have left a few messages, tried to get through to their extremely rude secretaries. Called head office. Finally some mike guy calls me with an Entitled attitude and calls me a lier.. I will never use this company and I suggest others not to either..
