We popped in for our friends birthday and stayed all night! We were treated phenomenally, and the drinks were absolutely incredible, the “Fire in the Pharmacy” is worth a try! I will 100% be coming back here in the near future. Thank you to Thereasa and the staff for taking such amazing care of us!

Last night was my first experience at Proof. My best friend took me out for a quiet night on the town. I was so incredibly surprised by this place. Best food, best drinks, and the most welcoming staff. I will be coming for many more weekends for the Weekend at Ernies specials. I see people complaining about the pricing of the food and drinks here. Remember People! You PAY for QUALITY and this place is nothing short of amazing.

Well made, good quality drinks. Regular prices were a bit on the high end but the happy hour deals were good. The wait staff were attentive and asked for my preferences when I ordered a martini. The result was dry as requested, but well-balanced and not boring. My fiancée enjoyed the featured cocktail. All in all a good experience.

Everything a cocktail bar should be. It's crowded, without feeling intrusive, its loud, its comfortable, its intimate. It's a great time for a few cocktails, and if you're adventurous give the horse, yes I said it right, horse tartare a try.

The most progressive cocktail bar in Alberta. The room, staff, clientele and drinks are all gorgeous. If your a booze need this is a must.

Another awesome cocktail spot in the city. Best to sit at the bar if you can and talk to the bartender's about your preferences around booze, amount of liquor, etc. Good picks are always the Little Bit of Northern Hospitality and the pork belly buns. YUM!

Coolest bar I have been to in a long time. Intimate, great music, and an amazing variety of cocktails. Had The Art of War and the whiskey soaked salmon crostini. Leaving a very happy man.
