Best Casino in calgary, wonderful staff, and great management

Wife and I live in Edmonton we came to the casino yesterday morning and grab a bite to eat before heading to Emerald Lake BC. Our server Shamone or something like that did her job. I order liver and onions and it was delicious as a chef I know good food my wife ordered the meatloaf and it was delicious we were eating each other's food LOL that's how good it was. We left to Emerald Lake BC we came back to the casino afterwards for the $0.13 chicken wings and to watch hockey. Then we headed back to Edmonton after our meal. At pure casinos they have good food and good pricing for the food. We also like going to Edmonton Casino in Edmonton also good food good prices. We will recommend this to other people and will be back to Calgary Casino in the future because we love traveling to Calgary.

This Casino has excellent food and great service. There is more than enough space inside to roam around for hours. I thoroughly enjoy going here and always look forward to the next time!

I am just disappointed the entertainment is so far and few between in the last few years, as in very little. it was one of our fav places to go and dance and listen to some great live music. Most Casinos are known for their great live music.. we have missed that :(

I am a regular poker player who played at your room for years and I want to bring the attention of the CEO of this casino that over $100,000.00 of poker bad beat money was given away in a completely unfair and arbitrary way. To the point of looking like collusion. This is an issue that should be addressed immediately to continue maintaining the casinos reputation for fair and above board practices.

Disappointed at the lack of live bands playing on the weekends. We used to go frequently now rarely!

She's a terrible manager, who avoids her employees who will go up the chain of command when they weren't paid the money that they're owed - she doesn't know simple tasks like how to use her answering machine and respond to peoples calls, how then can she "promise" to "provide" anything but PURE SHIT ;) The truth has been spoken!
