I just went here for my first time today. Alex cut my hair and she was amazing. She really took her time with my haircut and she was very funny and nice to talk to. Definitely going back to get a cut with Alex again. 5 star experience.

Amazing service! I came in with mangled box died disaster of hair that hasn't been properly cut or died in a long time. It was a brassy root showing mess and Tish Ayotte completely fixed it in one session! It's now blond and beautiful! She took her time and was a complete perfectionist with me. I can not recommend her enough!

I cannot recommend Pure Form enough. Marlo completely transformed my hair and I honestly feel like my experience was life changing. I had spent so many years accepting that I'd just always hate my hair, which really affected my self esteem but since seeing Marlo I feel fantastic.

Everyone who works at pure Form made me feel so welcome, I will never go to a different salon again. It was absolutely worth every single penny.

I agree that the prices are high. Jennifer's talent is worth the cost, but the desk staff are young, unsophisticated, and inattentive. If I am paying a premium price I expect all round premium service. If "Head Office" sends out promotions, I expect the staff to know about them and not be, as was my experience, offended when I use them. I made a point of referring to the promotion, sent to me specifically, when I booked my appointment, but it had not been noted. I left feeling uncomfortable and irritated despite my great hair style.

Kelly at Pure Form is AMAZING. She has been my hair stylist for over a decade and I follow her everywhere she goes because she is simply the best. I have long, thick hair that I used to never wear down because it was so unruly, and Kelly was patient and honest with me on what we'd need to do to get it to a beautiful and manageable state, which she did. I now live in Los Angeles and despite being surrounded by celebrity stylist and an abundance of beautiful people and salons, I still go see Kelly in Calgary everytime I'm back for a visit. I tried other stylists in LA but none were able to do as good of a job as Kelly. I am always being complimented on my hair, and I owe it all to Kelly!

Having never gone to a salon in my life and being miserable trying to achieve my ideal hair color on my own / with help of friends, I decided on a whim to book an appointment with Melissa at Pure Form Salon after stumbling upon her instagram. My experience was everything and more than I expected. Her and her assistant, Anna, are wonderful at making you feel comfortable during your visit. Usually very conscious of my hair, I had no trouble trusting Melissa to use my hair as her own creative outlet and we quickly saw eye-to-eye with each other throughout the process. I gave her simple guidelines on what I was looking for in a cut (being bad at finding reference photos myself), and she gave me above and beyond my expectations. I definitely see the value in spending a little bit more on my hair now!

I have quite a long story to share about my experience today. My stylist is amazing but the boss made her do a treatment I specifically said I didn't want, which resulted in my blonde hair turning blue. Sure it looks great, but not for the traditional Indian wedding I have to go to in a few hours! Didn't even get offered a discount for this mishap and now I get to deal with angry Indian grandmas and a bridezilla who's eye for colour is very acute... update will follow after the ceremony
