I've loved Purr since the beginning. But the new store in Inglewood? It's insanely beautiful and well done.

I went in and I had about four bags with me from a previous store, they put it behind the counter for me. It was nearly impossible to find someone that was a employee there to help me first of all. As I was in line about to check out I realized my phone wasn't in my purse so I asked if I could use their phone and the girl with pig tails said "no, sorry we only have one line" and I replied politely "it'll be only for 30 seconds" and she's like "our dock isn't even down here, nor the phone" and I said "I see it... Right there.." and she looked annoyed and said "uhm No, sorry..." So a gentleman in the lineup offered his and it was like 5 seconds and I heard it ring in one of my bags. Terrible customer service, I decided not to purchase my items today.

I shop at this store regularly and spend a good amount of money. Unfortunately I had a negative experience there today. I had misplaced my receipt for an item but I had the tank top with tags on, unworn and seen they still had it at the store. I had originally purchased it with a dress to try and see if it worked with a skirt at home and if not to return and go with dress. When I went in the store associate said she needed to see proof so I needed to show her my bank statement, although a little invasive I showed it to her to which point she said since it was a week past the 30 days I could not return and there was nothing she could do about it. I was fully ready to take a discount as I lost the receipt to the last sale price and a store credit in which I was ready to pick out another item (and probably spend more) but not just sent away with no options. On the way out she said "See you next time" which will not be the case as I will be taking my business else where and telling my friends to as well. Very disappointing that this is the way that this situation was dealt with and now I am left with a premium tank top that doesn't fit me.
