Q-Nails

Was not a good experience. Was there for 2.5hrs (Longest I have ever sat to get my nails done at a place) paid through the roof for nothing of what I asked for or wanted my nails to look like. To also have the girl who did my nails laughing at me and making fun of me. Just terrible.

As a local in the Valley it is so nice to find affordable prices with quality work. Ellie is extremely sweet despite the other reviews, I can honestly say my daughter and I have had exceptional service. Ellie is absolutely amazing! She shapes the nails perfectly, strong apex, no chipping, no lifting, not even on my 11 year old daughters nails! I highly recommend their services!! They are a jewel in the Valley.

The woman me and my three friends had wasn't totally friendly, she made some small talk for the first 15 min and then didn't talk to us for the remaining 3 hours. She did a great job on all three of our nails but it would've been nice if there was more colour selection and if we felt more welcome, as she seemed tired and bored the whole time and she was short with us when asking about our nail preferences.

They don’t speak English and they charged me for a basic manicure and the lady was so rude and then she ruined my nails

Doesn't speak English, prices are through the roof. I booked a week ago for my daughter and l and there's only 1 lady there.😡

1 star is too many! DO NOT BOTHER wasting your time and money at this salon. I have never been so utterly disappointed at any nail salon like I was here. The shape of each nail was embarrassingly unsymmetrical - one side was filed at an angle and the other side square (I hopelessly tried to get him to fix it and just gave up), I had to ask for another coat because he was going to stop while the polish was still transparent, and even after the second coat, it was still very uneven. Worst of all though is that they charged me $70 for a basic manicure with gel shelac and it didn't even last 48 hours!!

Each and every nail had a chip in it DAY 1. when I went to another salon to get it fixed, the shelac simply peeled off each nail in 2 seconds - they did not use the proper priming product, so there was absolutely no bond to the nail.

This place needs to go out of business and stop ripping people off from their hard earned money.
