I got a parcel pick up notice in the mail that was a registered letter and had arrived before I got the notice in the mail. When calling to confirm if it was there or not, they automatically assumed it would show up the next day thinking it was a parcel I had missed. Perhaps if they at least took the effort to ask the code on my pick up slip to confirm the info I could give a little more effort into liking the place.

Now I just hope I don't have to go back. At least when I got there the service was quick and professional.

The women are okay but whenever the guy works there, he has a very rude way of speaking, I always feel uncomfortable there. Looks like he is not welcoming. Printer service is $2.00 dollar a page whereas in staples is $0.10 cents a page. Not fair. Location is great but what is the use? Needs some improvement on customer service as they represent a big company - Canada post.
