Bought a truck from there a while ago to pull it away put on probably 1500km on the truck and mechanical problems happen motor blows go to take it away after they fix the motor issue AND there REBUILT transmision that was in the truck blew took it back and it wasn't under warenty tryed telling me that the intercooler leaked into the transmision. Ended up making a deal to take a Yukon off of them to hope it wasn't a problematic vehicle. They passed a safety inspection on it and the whole front end was gone on the vehicle. Defiantly a scam artist shop.

Very knowledgable and fast, however I took my truck there for an estimate and the guy at the counter first said it was the transfer case, then he said no it was definitely something broken in the transmission. He then said the only way it would leave their shop is with a tow truck as it would only move if it was in first gear. !!! It drove in just fine !!! I drove it out just fine too. They quoted me a reasonable price to replace the transmission but I object to the scare tactics.

Do not go here. I paid to have a transmission replaced and it never worked properly. I took it back 5 times and they kept flushing it out with varsal and saying it should be fine. It was overheating so they replaced the torque converter. The transmission still banged and over heated they said the problem was that I needed a tuneup and transmission cooler. I paid 800.00 more for that work. The 10,000 kilometer warranty expired. The transmission started slipping, I returned it and was told the transmission was shot and needed replacing. I paid another 2180.00 for that and found out that they had installed the wrong torque converter for that vehicle and that was causing the overheating and caused the transmission to fail.
They just did what they needed to to get it over the warranty period. I asked for the money back for the second transmission as it was there fault as they had installed the wrong torque converter and tested with varsal instead of the hot oil the industry uses. Paul replied NO have a nice day. They have no integrity and do not stand behind their work.
I could have had the work done by a GM dealer for half the price it cost me and got a 5 year warranty. Stay away.

I have no idea who these satisfied customers dealt with, but after a brief conversation on the phone with someone here I would NEVER take any problem I had with my vehicle here. If when I call you already sound dis interested why would I believe that you would actually be interested in servicing my car properly. Poor telephone manners, poor communication and RUDE. If I could give a negative number it would be -2000

I have to say that I'm not accustomed to being treated this well by companies in this industry. Understandably I was livid when my transmission crapped out but they did a great job keeping me calm, arranging a rental and servicing my vehicle at an affordable price. Good work needs to be recognized, you deserve this review.
