Great clinic! great doctors! great services! i was quite ill and had no idea what was wrong with me, and the doctor i met with was amazing at his job and had me in and out of there within minutes already with a diagnosis. feeling much better now. thank you Queen st. clinic!

The doctor I saw was rude and did not know any correct answers to the questions I had but was extremely condescending and big-headed. I asked if I could possibly have ringworm because one dog and 2 family memebers in my house have it and I was knew it could be transferred through skin to skin contact, he told me I was wrong and the only way I could get it was from wearing tight, wet clothes. Lied to me about test results saying that they would for sure be back to him within one day, on day 4 now still waiting. Refused to give me the medication I needed because he needed the test results first even though I assured him I 100% knew that I was ill. It's now been 4 days and they are still pending, he also told me that if I waited a week to go see him what's the issue in waiting another day and I told him I might as well just not get treated if that's his view on the subject. The office is nice and front office staff are lovely but the doctor I saw needs a reality check and should probably be talked to about his bedside manor.
