Quicker Rooter Plumbing & Heating

I would highly recommend Quicker Rooter to my family and friends. Great service, fast and affordable and outstanding customer service.. Dustan (service technician) was very pleasant and helpful -, punctual, and knowledgeable.. Mikey ((operations manager) went above and beyond to help me, and was so pleasant to deal with. What an asset to Quicker Rooter both of them are.

Friday morning I went downstairs to grab something from the furnace room, noticing a smell and then realizing I had a sewer backup. I called Quicker Rooter and I’m sure Micky heard the panic in my voice and reassured me that she could get me someone same day. She called me back right away and told me Ryan would be there in an hour and he was !!
Ryan was amazing, he realized quickly what needed to get done and got to work. He explained everything while assuring me that it would be ok. He actually had to work even harder because I didn’t have a clean out drain so he had to go through the toilet and it was extra long and hard work. This was outstanding service from beginning to end , thank you SO much Ryan!!

Great experience with Quicker Rooter. I called them Friday morning for a clogged main drain at our rental property and by Friday afternoon it was all done! Very reasonable and fast. Mickey answered the phone, I told her the problem, and it was all smooth sailing from there!

We had a leak hidden in the ceiling. After preliminary investigation, both DIY and professional intervention options were offered to help us keep our costs well managed. We decided to go the professional intervention route, and pinhole leaks were discovered and corrected in great time.

Great service and quality work.

My water heater broke down and we were without hot water for a day. Quick phone call to Quicker Rooter and the technician Alex came over within couple of hours. very friendly and professional service that was delivered to us on a really moments notice. Alex fixed the heater quickly and left everything in order. Definitely we will call back for our plumbing and heating needs. Highly recommended.

Very quick service. I called a major plumbing outfit told me would be 2 weeks. Called Quicker rooter after reviews and highly impressed. They called me back right away and same day service, highly recommended and very reasonable price.

Was given a quick appt despite no urgency. The office kept me well informed about arrival times. Plumber was very knowledgeable.

I had a backup in my basement. Not a great way to head into the weekend. I phoned the office, Karen was friendly and helped right away. They responded quickly on a Friday, and even arrived earlier than expected. When a new issue arose, they were on top of it. Thanks guys!

Fast, reliable and reasonable pricing. Had a sudden back up of a drain and with such little experience, was nervous what the service call and repair would be and nervous at how quickly it could be solved. Quick Rooter was able to supply Alex within a 12 hour window and even sooner based on cancellation. Alex was experienced, got down to business and in the end the charge was more reasonable than expected. Customer service follow up was also appreciated. Will definitely consider using them again if required.

I was very impressed with the level of customer services and professionalism. My house had a drainage issue. I called them to book for an appointment. I received a call back from them about 30 minutes later. The technician came by and worked on it for about 1 hour. Everything worked out very well at the end. I didn't have any complaint. What I was most impressed about this company was that I had received a follow up phone call from them two days later to check if the issue had been resolved. Who does that these days? It was awesome. I would recommend this company to my friends and family for sure.

I needed a kitchen faucet and two shower heads installed and two loose toilet bowl covers. First I had exceptional customer service from Karen who managed to get someone sent out at a time that worked best for me and made sure all my questions were answered. Alex came on time, was courteous, professional,did an awesome job, cleaned up the entire work area once he was done, and charged me the amount I'd been quoted initially. I was very happy with the service.

I had to make a follow up call because I had bought the kitchen faucet myself and there was a part that seemed to be left over from the repair.

I called Karen again, explained the situation and she sent Alex back to check it out. As it happened, this was a part which is installed only if your kitchen faucet has three openings at the top which mine didn't as he explained very nicely to me without any charge for the second visit.
I am so impressed with Quicker Rooter and I am definitely recommending them to family and friends. Thank you very much.

Professional and Got the job done right!
I'm recommending them because they;
arrived when they said they would, fixed the drain ( flooded furnace room) by patiently trouble shooting the cause and explaining it to us.
Practiced clean and hygienic approach to job and my residence.
We were so pleased, we had them do gas fitting work for our BBQ connection.
They also told me when they needed to step out to get parts, they returned promptly and completed the work quickly and did a great job. I'm happy.

Excellent reception and plumbing service. My kitchen sink wasn't draining very well even after 2 rounds of Liquid Plumber. I called the Quicker Rooter emergency line and they arranged for someone to come out that day between 3-5 pm. The plumber arrived right at 3 pm. He tried snaking the sink thoroughly first, but even after going down 25 feet there was still a blockage that was causing the sink to back up. He then had to go through a pipe from the basement where he did more snaking. This did the trick, but he still made sure to double check that the sink was draining properly.

I was impressed by how quickly they were able to get a plumber to come out. I was also pleased with the service provided. The plumber was professional, knowledgeable and thorough. Considering he was there for over an hour and a half I thought the price was reasonable. I would use their plumbing services again.
