My wife and I purchased a new travel trailer from Racetrack RV earlier this year. From Sales to the Service department, the overall experience has been great!!

On pick up day, they helped me with some electrical issues my truck was causing (at no charge), and they also pointed out an issue with my weight distribution hitch (this was the 10 year old one I had been using with my previous trailer) which turned out to be completely worn out and definitely unsafe to use. Shawn, the Service Manager and his team were able to find me a replacement weight distribution and sway control hitch at a friendly price. Everything was done in no time and they even waived the installation and the set up/alignment with the truck.

Nice and refreshing to deal with professionals not only competent in their field but genuinely motivated to provide not good, but great customer service.

Bought my camper on April 2017 which I unluckily totalled the first day I hat it. Didn't really know much about campers and their construction and a small accident turned into a total loss. Luckily the insurance covered the loss and Shawn Bruce took care of us from the moment we had the incident, followed up on quoting the repairs, advised on what camper would be better for our needs and found the right camper for us. Overall a great experience and great service. They have been helpful in every way. Thanks guys.

What an exceptional team Ken has. We purchased a used Travel Trailer from Rob. How often can you say that your salesperson listened to what you're looking for, showed us exactly what we wanted and negotiated fairly .... and without "high pressure" sales tactics - a great way to start the relationship. Our trailer had a couple of MINOR issues which were covered under our warranty ..... no hastle, no grief, a team that truly honoured their contract. We absolutely LOVE our trailer, and the dealership is second to none.

I bought a Shadow Cruiser from Racetrack RV last year and we have had a number of issues with the unit (just like any new RV). Shawn and his team in the service department have gone above and beyond to make sure that we have been taken care of. They stand by their work and can be trusted to get you and your unit back on the road as soon as possible. We would recommend Racetrack RV for anyone looking to buy a travel trailer.

Awesome experience dealing with Shawn - service was great, I was fully informed of everything that was being serviced on my trailer during the entire process. Exceptional work was done to resealing my roof & all the other fixups! Customer service was top notch.

The whole team at racetrack RV was excellent! Matt, the general manager, listened to all of our requests and went above and beyond to make our buying process as smooth as possible.
